Forest Bathing and Nature Connection - feel restored and rejuvenated
Guided Forest Bathing sessions rooted in the ancient rhythms of the Irish year. Forest Bathing is not a hike, it is not exercise, it is not mindfulness with trees as a backdrop. It is the oldest thing in the world, a human being, in a living landscape.
We stop long enough to hear, see, feel what has always been there.
Our sessions are rooted in the Celtic understanding of land as living relationship. Each session is woven to the moment of the season.
There is no destination to reach, you do not need to know anything about nature , the only requirement is your presence.
Groups are kept small for this meaningful experience.
Herb Walk and Talk
The land has always been a pharmacy. Long before the chemist’s shelf, before the wellness aisle, before anyone thought to package what grows freely in the hedgerow - people knew the names of plants. They knew what Rosemary said about memory, what nettles offered to blood tired from a long winter.
The Herb Walk is a slow morning in the company of living plants. Learning their names, their histories, their uses, and how to identify a handful of common herbs. Developing your curiosity as you begin to pause and notice. You’ll leave with with the beginning of a new relationship with the land surrounding you. No experience required.
Private, Bespoke Experiences
For individuals, couples or small private groups, seeking something particular. We work with you to shape a session that meets yours needs. These sessions are held with deep care and complete confidentiality.
